The Legal Counsel will play a critical role in providing expert legal support across a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. This role offers unparalleled exposure to high-stakes legal work and the chance to contribute to the company’s long-term success.
Corporate Law: Provide legal guidance on a variety of corporate matters, including company formation, governance, and compliance with international regulations.
Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals and mitigate risk.
