The IT Infrastructure Manager will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's hybrid infrastructure. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration, performance, security, and scalability of the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in cloud technologies, and a strong understanding of best practices in hybrid architecture.
Design, implement, and maintain a hybrid infrastructure that spans on-premises and cloud environments.
Build scalable solutions in line with IT and business strategies.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking components and business applications.
Collaborate with global IT teams to implement tools and scripts for efficient infrastructure management and deployment.
Ensure existing and new implementations follow best practice standards and eliminate technical debt.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
Conduct regular assessments and implement optimizations for improved performance.
Operate with global teams to provide technical support for on-premises and cloud infrastructure-related issues.
Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents across hybrid environments.
Provide training and documentation for internal teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective hybrid solutions.
Produce reporting statistics to enable data-based decisions and proactive maintenance.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Experience being part of a project team delivering scalable global solutions.
Strong expertise in Cloud technologies, Microsoft Azure required.
Knowledge of networking concepts, security principles, and best practices.
