IMPACT EVOLVE are supporting Additional Lengths , a UK leader in premium hair extensions and professional haircare, on the appointment of an NPD Manager. With significant recent growth, a passionate founder and an exciting roadmap ahead, this is a brand entering its next phase of scale — and looking for someone who can help shape the future of its product portfolio.

This isn’t stepping into a neat, established NPD function, this is about building, structuring and elevating how products are developed in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment. You’ll own the full journey from concept to launch: formulation, packaging, compliance, supplier management, timelines and performance analysis. Alongside core hair extension and aftercare innovation, you’ll also help shape complementary product ranges including tools, accessories, wet products and new category opportunities.

You’ll be the person who brings clarity and organisation across multiple teams operations, marketing, commercial and suppliers, even when plans shift or curveballs land. A blend of creativity, logic and commercial instinct, someone strong, self-assured and resilient, without being abrasive.

Have NPD or commercialisation experience within hair, beauty, cosmetics or premium consumer goods


~ Understand how to build products for professional or salon led environments


~ Have led complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end


~ Have managed suppliers, negotiated costs and upheld quality


~ Are energised by helping build a modern, scalable NPD function from the ground up
