Job Description

Those Huge Small Victories

Our clinicians are fulfilled by the idea of affecting even the smallest positive changes in our young people, so we celebrate the little things.

Get out what you put in

Are you ready to make a real impact on the lives of children and young people?

Reporting directly to the Clinical Director you will be one of seven Clinical Regional Directors leading our multidisciplinary teams of 220+ Senior & Specialist clinicians to ensure the delivery of our integrated, evidence based and cutting edge therapeutic practice model.

You will work collaboratively with the Regional Directors for Education and Care to ensure that the whole system and team around the child work together effectively and therapeutically to meet the needs of the children and young people who live and learn with us.

Combining your consultant level clinical skills with your organisational acumen, you'll have the opportunity to innovate, inspire, shape and empower.

The kind of person we’re looking for will:

  • Be an accredited specialist, registered with the HCPC or equivalent
  • Have significant experience of delivering therapeutic services to children and young people presenting with developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions and complex educational needs
  • Need experience of supporting teams around a child or young person to ensure they are being provided with clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences
  • Have a reflective, psychologically-focused mind that is able to think systemically about teams, understands organisational dynamics and is able to see the ‘whole’ picture.
  • Be a practitioner whose leadership skills have already very much come to the fore as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team – so you’ll need to demonstrate credibility, communication skills and change management expertise
  • Be a confident, engaging and effective, model, guide, leader and trainer
  • Be highly organised and ready to take the initiative
  • Be committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people

What we do for you

We know you’re going to do great things. For your hard work and commitment, we reward you with the best salary and benefits package in the sector. With us, you’ll get to make a genuine difference to the lives of our young people – plus you’ll get:

  • A highly competitive salary
  • Company car
  • Long-term incentive plan which can equate to 30% of salary each year
  • Life Insurance based on two times your annual base salary
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Private Health Insurance
  • Medical cover so you can claim back the cost of things like an opticians or dentist appointment
  • 35 days holiday including bank holidays
  • We provide full induction, clinical supervision and a leading programme of clinical learning and development and opportunities to engage in cutting edge interventions
  • Wellbeing: a host of wellbeing tools and advice including employee assistance
  • Flexible benefits : meaning you can increase/decrease benefits such as life insurance – check out our benefits here
  • High-street discounts
  • Beautiful working environments with the very best facilities – check out our schools here
  • A recommend a friend scheme that offers a £2,000 bonus every time

Bring your whole self to work

Our young people come from all walks of life, diverse backgrounds and with different needs – and our workforce reflects that diversity, so that our teams can engage, encourage and inspire our young people to be themselves.

This is a great opportunity to change young lives and have a positive impact on their future.

Our young people deserve the best possible future and we feel the same about our teams. You deserve to have the career you want, with a purpose-led employer, in an environment that allows you to be yourself.
