As a leading provider of alternative education solutions, we're dedicated to delivering tailored support and innovative solutions for our SEN students.

The Role: As an Outreach Tutor at New Way Tuition Ltd, you'll play a vital role in empowering our students to shine bright in their educational journey. Providing personalised academic support in subjects like English, Maths, and more.

Building meaningful connections with students, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Implementing creative teaching strategies that engage and inspire our diverse learners.

Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for each student.

QTS (QTLS), PGCE, or a Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Maths, or related field (Preferred but not essential).

Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children of diverse ages and abilities (Absolutely essential).

Ability to adapt teaching methods with the agility of a ninja to meet the ever-evolving needs of our learners.
