Using CAD/CAM software to create engineering drawings and programs
Set and programme CNC Milling machines (MAZAK and XYZ)
Create digital information folders to help staff to use during the manufacturing process, including programme detail and fixture, Tooling detail
Requirements for CAD/CAM Engineer:
To have the skills to programme CNC Milling machines
To be able to develop and maintain digital documentation systems

Investigate and resolve manufacturing related problems, Cost of Quality concerns and issues raised by teams on Problem and Countermeasure boards, leading problem-solving teams where appropriate
A thorough feasibility analysis has been conducted 
Understand any implications regarding process/man assignment changes
Work with colleagues in all cross-functional projects to ensure smooth transition across the manufacturing facility. One Manufacturing Engineer will be nominated as the department’s representative on major projects and will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant information is transferred to the project team and back to the department.
Although the Manufacturing Engineer will have an area of specialism within the product range, this does not exclude them from taking ownership of issues or projects in other areas if departmental workload so dictates.

They are recruiting for a Junior Design Engineer to join a small team that works with the customer requirements to create and maintain a wide variety of customer products and configurations.
