Agricultural Sales Manager
Location: Downham Market Office Based
Hours: Monday Friday 8:30 am 5 pm during busier periods hours may be 8:15am 5:30pm
Hourly Rate / Salary: Benefits: 25 days holiday (rising to 28 days for long service) plus bank holidays, competitive salary package, contributory pension scheme, training for BASIS, crop inspectors and Seed Sellers (if needed), company car & laptop, and mobile phone provided.

Are you on the lookout for an exciting sales opportunity in the agricultural industry? Our client is searching for a highly skilled Sales Manager to join their small team. Your responsibilities as a Sales Manager will include developing new customer relationships, conducting farm inspections and representing the company at trade functions.
We are Busy Bee Recruitment, an awarding-winning recruitment agency supplying both temporary and permanent staffing solutions throughout the UK to our client base spanning multiple sectors including Sales and Marketing, Admin & Customer Service, Technical & Engineering, Industrial & Manufacturing, Finance & Accountancy, Care & Education, Supply Chain & Logistics.
Experience attending networking events.
Experience within agriculture would be desirable.
Look after the company farm contracting to ensure repeat business
Visit farms to inspect seed crops ensuring a high standard of products for sale
Manage and look after existing business accounts
Plan and manage the company s contract book to grow revenue opportunities
Processing customer quotations, sales orders and sending of invoices
Use of the CRM system to keep client details updated
