Alpine F1 Team is looking for a dedicated Production Administrator to support our production team. This is a 12-month fixed-term position with the opportunity for part-time or full-time work.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the production department, ensuring efficient operation and coordination of all tasks.
  • Processing timesheets, handling agency enquiries, and coordinating with external contractors.
  • Maintaining and organising paperwork and records.
  • Accurately inputting and updating data in departmental databases and systems.
  • Acting as a liaison between the production departments and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensuring all activities comply with industry standards, team policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing regular reports on departmental activities and project progress.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements within the department.
  • General administration support for the team.

The Person

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
