Business Development & Marketing Assistant

Top accounting firm.

The BD and Marketing Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the team's strategic plans within the Practice Development department. Their responsibilities include:
  • Multi-Channel Communication : Assisting in developing, sending, and measuring the success of communication across email, social media, and the website.
  • Data Analysis : Analyzing marketing and communication metrics and providing insights to the team.
  • Sector and Service Support : Collaborating with BD managers on marketing activities.
  • CRM Management : Keeping the firm's CRM system up-to-date.
  • Target Lists : Creating and maintaining prospective target lists for BD campaigns.
  • Event Coordination : Supporting events, including webinars.
  • Research and Documentation : Conducting market, competitor, and prospect research. Assisting in bid and tender document production.
  • Client Care : Evaluating results and contributing to client care processes.
  • Strategic Alignment : Influencing and supporting PD team priorities.
  • Collaboration : Working efficiently with team members and sharing best practices.
