Our client, a globally renowned group of companies is seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner to lead their Logistics finance team and drive strategic decision-making across their operations.

About the Role: As Finance Business Partner - Logistics, the successful candidate will lead a team of 2 direct reports, overseeing Logistics and Customer Service costs. Reporting to the Head of Finance, they will be the primary finance lead for Logistics and Customer Service teams, playing a crucial role in the company's ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of 2 (1 Accountant, 1 Finance Analyst)
  • Partner with Operations and Fulfilment Centre leadership
  • Manage month-end processes, forecasting, and budgeting cycles
  • Analyse and report on monthly performance and KPIs
  • Drive cost optimisation and process improvements
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Brands

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Fully qualified in Accounting/Finance
  • Retail/FMCG industry experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, and Qlik systems is a plus
