Brabner Fox is partnering with a fast-growing boutique consultancy specialising in delivering high-impact transformation and planning solutions to financial services clients, looking for an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect to join an elite team and help shape the future of connected planning for clients. The successful applicant will offer technical and strategic leadership across engagements, shaping architecture, guiding delivery teams, and translating business needs into elegant, future-proof solutions. We are looking for a creative, self-starting, flexible operator to slot into and re-enforce a strong culture of trust and autonomy and seize opportunities for personal and organisational growth. This role is mostly remote operating across a modern and well-connected environment. Key Responsibilities and Involvements Own solution design across planning, analytics, and transformation programmes Lead architecture workshops with client stakeholders and SMEs Define integration strategies, data flows, and governance models Guide model builders, developers, and analysts through delivery Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of solutions Contribute to pre-sales, proposals, and internal capability building Stay ahead of tech trends and regulatory shifts in financial services Key Skills, Experiences and Attitudes 5 years’ experience as a Solution Architect in financial services or consulting FP&A, change leadership, cost allocations specialist knowledge in financial services desirable Strong grasp of planning platforms (Anaplan, Oracle EPM, OneStream, etc.) Solid understanding of data architecture, APIs, and cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP) Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable designs Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Package and Benefits Up to £110k + annual bonus Flexible, remote consultancy with occasional travel to London or client site
