About the role

As a result of our continued year on year growth we need to build our Group IT Services team and are looking to recruit a Group IT Support Team Leader.

The successful candidate will be required to provide and promote a professional, high quality, client focused service across the business and to our clients and partners, ensuring industry-leading levels of client satisfaction.

Working with the Group IT Services Manager, and as part of the wider Platform Services leadership team, you will be responsible for a team of people with a passion to deliver a set of systems and tools allowing staff to communicate, collaborate and operate the business.

What will you bring?

  • As Group IT Support Team Leader, you will be expected to demonstrate certain skills in order to successfully fulfil the role. These include:
  • Excellent knowledge of security practices, business continuity, network, cloud platform management and support.
  • Confident, self-assured ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience of leading a technical team.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Node4 systems and networks.
  • Demonstrate good technical skills including being able to show experience of Active Directory and AD Design, Mimecast, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Intune, N-Able, scripting technologies (ideally PowerShell), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy administration, systems monitoring, anti-malware and also have a working knowledge of VMWare and hypervisor technologies.
