Certsure LLP is seeking a Market Insights Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our strategy forward through data analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence.
As Market Insights Manager, you will be the key point of reference for the Strategic Leadership Team (SLT), gathering and analysing data to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. You’ll conduct external research, horizon scanning, and competitive analysis while ensuring customer and consumer behaviours are deeply understood.
With a focus on delivering clear, evidence-based guidance, you’ll help Certsure identify trends, mitigate risks, and seize opportunities to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
This is a management role where you’ll promote a culture of care and high performance, working collaboratively across teams to ensure Certsure delivers on its vision.

Conduct research to identify market trends, customer behaviours, and strategic opportunities.
Perform competitive analysis to identify differentiation and competitive advantage.
Manage corporate horizon scanning and risk management processes.
Provide strategic guidance to the SLT, supporting the development of aligned operational plans and budgets.
Proven experience in data analysis, market research, and strategic planning.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate effectively at all levels.
Working knowledge of data collection, analysis, and reporting tools.
Demonstrable management skills, fostering high-performance and collaborative cultures.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
Ability to inspire and engage teams, supporting their development and delivering results.
