Our client is a major contractor that works in the water market across the UK and Middle East, due to project requirement they are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer join their team.
Mechanical design development and civil interface details from the client’s preliminary outcome requirement to completion of installation on site.
# Mechanical design duties including:
- Hazards in construction and design risk assessment
- Development of mechanical and civil design drawings

# Management of subcontractor work packages including:
- Pre-start subcontractor meetings and outlining expectations
- Assessment of subcontractor stage payments, documentation requirements, and deliverables
- Site management, mechanical isolation
- Approval of mechanical RAMS and mechanical test and inspection sign off
