Knypersley First School is seeking to appoint a Swimming Instructor & Water Safety Officer 20 hours per week (Grade 6 term time only) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we look to develop our swimming provision out into the wider community and offer the successful candidate access to facilities for their own swimming lesson/club.
If you are an experienced instructor or newly qualified, we would like to hear from you.
To develop swimming and water safety to its full potential.
Plan and deliver safe effective swimming lessons to pupils from Nursery to Year 4
Oversee a parent and toddler swimming session
Pool and equipment management
Recognized swimming teacher qualification
Proven track record of teaching in / out of the water
On site pool and facilities
Happy, respectful pupils who demonstrate exceptional behaviour
The opportunity to hire our facilities to run community swimming groups in out of school hours
