Hotel Front Office Manager

We are a luxurious five-star hotel situated in the vibrant heart of Chelsea. Set in a 19th-century building, the hotel unites the architectural Art Nouveau curves and stylish elegance, representing an modern luxury.
We need enthusiastic Front Office Manager (French Speaker) with complete flexibility to schedule.
Salary ranges from £40 000, plus bonus £8 000, plus an approximate service charge £8-10 000.
Increased holiday allowance with length of service.
Complimentary meal while on duty.
Dental and optical cost reimbursement.
Gym membership discounts.
Strategize, organize, and supervise the delivery of Front Office services to surpass guest anticipations.
Optimize the financial efficiency of the department.
Oversee staffing levels to fulfill guest service, operational demands, and financial goals.
Recruit, train, mentor, and enhance team members to meet both present and future requirements of the department and hotel. Ability to set up a property management system would be advantageous.
Effective leadership abilities are essential for managing and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service.
Proficiency in French language is a must.
