I am currently looking for a Painter and Decorator in the Worthing area to work on a Social Housing contract. This role is an ongoing self-employed position where you will be paid a 160 day rate on a weekly basis. You will be working in domestic properties carrying out all the painting and decorating, this will be on tenanted and void properties and is consistent work.

The successful Painter and Decorator will be required to:
  • Strip walls
  • Paint and decorate bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and all interior walls
  • Work in tenanted properties
  • Do general making good on properties
The successful Painter and Decorator will need:
  • Own transport
  • Own tools and equipment
  • Experience in all aspects of domestic decorating
  • Social housing experience
The successful Painter and Decorator will receive:
  • A 160 day rate
  • Consistent ongoing work
