Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for a for their medium sized care home in Southend. The service is focused on the residents centre care and looking for someone who will deliver an exceptional service for the residents.
This role would suit a Home Manager that is passionate about care and has experience managing clinical Nursing home prior. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centered care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing the new team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as a Nursing Home Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' – 'Outstanding' CQC reports.
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and understand the expectations of working within a high-end environment.
The company are looking for the best talent in the sector and only want to hire people who are driven and determined to make a difference to people's lives.
Requirements
- Nursing Home Manager experience (Essential).
- Commissioning Nursing Home experience (Desirable).
- Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.
Location
The Home is based in Southend-on-Sea and is commutable from Rayleigh, South Benfleet, Canvey Island, Basildon, South Woodham Ferrers, Maldon, Brentwood, Warley, Dagenham, Romford, Dartford and Dagenham
Summary
My client is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager, essentially with a nursing pin, who has a track history of managing successful homes. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of £50,000.
