Are you a M&E Maintenance Engineer looking for a new mobile role covering Bristol and willing to travel to Somerset, Wiltshire and Gloucester.
This company offer a competitive salary and some great benefits
This large FM company who have recently won a new contract within the commercial sector. They are looking for a number of experienced mechanically or electrically biased mobile M&E maintenance engineers to cover properties within a 60 mile radius of Bristol.
You will be responsible for all aspects of mechanical and electrical works on a planned and reactive basis. Some testing and inspection as well as assisting with other tasks and engineers on site.
Be on a call out rota to provide the client with full out of hours cover.
* Overseeing visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety.
* Adopt a flexible attitude in relation to assisting on other properties within the portfolio.
* Carry out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
HVAC Experience
* Mechanical / Plant room experience
* Testing and Inspection Desirable
* Experience working within commercial environments
* Driving License
