The successful candidate will be based primarily in the office, with regular site visits to ensure the smooth progression of the project. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all technical aspects of the development, ensuring compliance with design specifications and building regulations.
  • Liaise with design consultants, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide technical input and resolve any design or build challenges.
  • Facilitate communication between the office and on-site teams, ensuring that technical drawings and specifications are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Review technical documents, manage the approval process, and oversee any necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Support the project team with technical advice and problem-solving to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar technical coordination role within residential development.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and timber frame construction methods.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
