As an SEN-TA specialising in SEMH, you will become a vital part of our compassionate team, dedicated to providing tailored support to students navigating the complexities of their emotional well-being. Beyond traditional academic assistance, your role encompasses empathy, patience, and a profound understanding of the unique struggles each student faces.

Within our school’s inclusive culture, we recognize that SEMH support extends far beyond the classroom walls. It’s about building trust, fostering resilience, and empowering students to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and self-assurance. Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably within an SEN environment.

Relevant qualifications or certifications in SEN support, with a focus on SEMH
