Role Overview

As Insights Manager, you are responsible for improving the performance of creative, media and communications by drawing holistic insights that guide decision-making.

The Insights Manager role is a collaborative one, liaising with Sales and Marketing Managers, Account Managers, Art Directors and the Media Team to advise and craft campaigns that engage and resonate with audiences.

As Insights Manager, you will report to the Senior Sales and Insights Manager.

Your Responsibilities

Your specific role within the agency is detailed below. Aside from these you may also be required to assist across other areas of the agency.

  • Deliver data driven analysis of campaign performance and audience consumer trends to clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct audience segmentation analysis to understand audience subgroups and focus targeted communications.
  • Analyse and interpret data, to gain relevant insights on campaign performance, sales strategy and audience trends.
  • Assist with the sales reporting and forecasting services the Insights team deliver daily across West End and Touring clients.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Manager, Sales Analytics Manager and Senior Sales and Insights Manager to identify new reporting needs/trends and input data visualisation ideas.
  • Use data insights to make recommendations and guide strategic decision making, collaborating with the creative services, sales and media teams.
  • Develop a strong understanding of consumer interests and trends, and how these feed into segmentation analysis.
  • Project manage creative testing research to help develop more impactful creative assets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing managers and sales analytics managers to forecast sales patterns, with defined audience segments and campaign strategy integrated.
  • Build and maintain a close working relationship with media planners, account managers and sales and marketing managers.
  • Contribute data led insights to media campaign briefs, presenting compelling arguments to the wider team.
  • Utilise key findings from agency-wide initiatives and projects to guide Equality Diversity and Inclusion audience strategy across the agency.
  • Create meaningful relationships across the agency that allow for knowledge and skill.
  • Be a leading voice within the agency on audience strategy.
  • Conduct market research (writing research briefs, survey scripting and analyse results into key findings that can influence campaign strategy
  • Turn complex data into compelling narratives
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data analysis, applying it to your day-to-day tasks
  • Experience using GA4 is desirable
