This role focuses on increasing participation and engagement with SN Honours, ultimately driving long-term publishing success. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping researchers. You would be joining the Product Group of one of the largest, most prestigious, and most progressive global academic publishers. # Skilled in engaging with customers and using data and feedback to drive product strategy.
# Expand loyalty recognition to include editorial and reviewer contributions.
