The Opportunity
A high-performing, private equity–backed professional services business is seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to join during a period of rapid growth and increased investor activity. This is a highly hands-on role supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis team in delivering robust modelling, actionable insights, and deal-related financial support.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong financial modelling capability and experience working on a deal or transaction event. This is an outstanding opportunity to add value in a fast-moving, commercially focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support the FP&A team with financial modelling , scenario planning, and responding to modelling queries.
Interpret the company’s financial plan and translate outputs into clear commercial insights for senior stakeholders.
Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting.
Contribute to deal-related workstreams, leveraging experience from prior transactions.
Prepare high-quality financial presentations, dashboards, and analysis packs for leadership and investors.
Operate in a hands-on capacity, diving into detail while also supporting big-picture analysis.
Assist with ad-hoc analysis and FP&A improvements as the business scales.

Candidate Profile
~ Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
~4+ years’ experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Transaction Services, M&A, or similar analytical roles.
~ Experience working on a transaction/deal , such as an acquisition, exit, funding round, or due diligence process.
~ Strong financial modelling skills and the ability to handle complex data and modelling queries.
~ Highly commercial with the ability to interpret financial information and provide meaningful insights.
~ Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment.
~ Sector experience is agnostic —all backgrounds considered.
~ Able to be London-based 3 days per week .
