Derbyshire Healthcare is looking for a Director of People, Organisational Development and Inclusion to join the Trust and our newly formed Executive Leadership Team, to lead our well established People and Inclusion Team.


The Director of People, Organisational Development and Inclusion is a non-voting member of the Trust Board, sharing corporate responsibility for strategic planning, corporate policy making and the delivery of Trust objectives, while providing professional advice to the Board both strategically and in relation to the Board's responsibilities as an employer.Our latest staff survey results tell us that people find Derbyshire Healthcare a good place to work and receive care and this role will play an important part in continuing these improvements leading our 'People First' approach.

Transactional Human Resources including teaching and learning is delivered through a shared people services function with Derbyshire Community Health Services (DCHS) and you will hold responsibility for managing that contract and holding the shared service to account for delivery of the service.With a proven record of strong leadership at a senior level, both within the HR & OD brief, you will ensure that the Trust has a well-motivated, highly skilled, and high-performing workforce that has the capability and capacity to deliver high quality services in line with the Trust's vision, values, and strategic objectives.
