Completion of upholstery to a very high-quality standard, whilst meeting deadlines.
Being proactive in the planning of work to ensure all avoidable problems are avoided.
Working with the production team through all stages of the work instructions and schedules.
Working with the production team and line managers as part of continued improvements and ensuring quality standards are adhered to. 3+ years experience in bespoke / luxury furniture production
Ability to produce high-quality bespoke furniture to an excellent standard of techniques, including deep buttoning etc.
Competent with both modern and traditional upholstery methods and techniques.
Displays competence in reading and understanding technical production drawings / sketches
