Salesforce Functional Consultant

About the Company:

Capita are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will provide input and support into the process of analyzing, designing, and determining the better use of software products and services for the business and/or end client. You will also provide technical assistance and troubleshooting, working as part of a team to drive better outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct gap analysis between the documented processes and what’s in the Salesforce Org
  • Work with the business analyst to ensure that requirements are design ready
  • Work with the designers to ensure design meets the business requirements
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Conduct show and tells the business
  • Document processes
  • Conduct declarative development

Qualifications:

  • Experienced Salesforce consultant with extensive experience in functional design, business analysis, and gap analysis
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Salesforce certified
  • Stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience working on large programs
  • In-depth technical experience and knowledge of Salesforce
  • Ability to interview clients and document requirements
  • Hands-on configuration
  • Problem solver
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Clear decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage the work of other consultants
