Architectural Revit Designer

The right Candidate will be a talented and motivated Part 3 Architect with experience in residential projects and proficiency in Revit to join their team. As a Part 3 Architect, you will be responsible for leading residential projects from conception to completion, ensuring design quality and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Lead the design and development of residential projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and design standards.
Utilise Revit for design development, detailed drawings, and project documentation.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
Prepare and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and planning applications.
Manage project time-lines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends, building regulations, and sustainable design practices.
Proven experience in residential architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
Strong understanding of building regulations, planning policies, and construction methods.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
