Requirement for a Senior Production Supervisor Your new company
As a Senior Production Supervisor, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that drives production excellence and ensures high-quality output.
As Senior Production Supervisor, you will oversee the production process, manage a team of skilled workers, and optimise efficiency. Your responsibilities will include leading and coordinating daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. You will work closely with other departments to achieve production goals.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading teams within manufacturing with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving production targets. You should have an understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery and have strong analytical skills to address production challenges effectively.
You will receive a competitive salary up to £40k depending on experience. You will work 39 hours per week, 8am -5pm Mon-Thurs with an early finish on a Friday at 1pm. You will get other perks such as above statutory minimum holiday entitlement, a half-day paid leave on your birthday, a recognition payment following the successful completion of a 6-month probationary period and an Employee Assistance Programme for you and your family.
