Role: full-time. Role based on site in Highfield, Southampton. We have an exciting career-enhancing opportunity to join CPC's growing Construction Advisory team, where you will play an integral part of delivering a new multi-million-pound auditorium, alongside teaching facilities, on site in Southampton within a live University campus. Relevant skills and experience: Experience working in a Site Manager/Construction Manager/Package Manager for a Principal Contractor Experience working on Property/Construction related projects Proven experience in construction delivery. Knowledge of construction processes, regulations and managing contractors on site. Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
