About the Role

We're seeking to appoint an experiencedacademic with a passion for practice learning for healthcare professionals. The successful candidate willtake responsibility for managing the practice learning portfolio across the Institute of Health and Allied Professions education provision. You'll lead and manage staff involved in placement development andpractice learning in each of our professions.

You'll contribute to the strategic development of the department with a focus on practice learning as a key member of the department Senior Leadership Team. As a successful applicant you'll havea clear ability to innovate to drive forward creative models of placement delivery for students at the Institute

Applications are welcomed from individuals who have a record of successful management of practice learning for healthcare students.

You’ll have excellent leadership skills alongside an established teaching andpractice learning track record, with a willingness to continue developing your scholarly, practice or academic research profile. As a Principal Lecturer for Practice Learning in Healthcare you’ll make an excellent strategic contribution to the development of an innovative and engaging practice learning experience for students at NTU.
