_*Job Summary*_

Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting a Head Chef on behalf of our client. The successful candidate must have regularly worked within high volume, fast paced a la carte restaurants and will be a great leader and strong communicator with a 'can do' approach. You will ensure a high level of service in accordance with health and safety regulations and good housekeeping within the department.

_*Job Role:*_

· Oversee the operation of the kitchen to ensure the team are engaged to continue to produce and serve a high level of consistent food products

· Demonstrate a sound understanding of all current Health and Safety laws in particular food safety

· Future menu creations

· Use fresh seasonal produce to reduce costs, maintaining a high GP

· Staff training and development

· Lead your team, demonstrating high end cooking and culinary skills

· A great leader and communicator who works well under pressure

· Smart personal presentation, professional and confident

_*Skills and Experience:*_

· A minimum of 2 years previous experienced at Head Chef level

· Strong financial understanding

· Excellent managerial skills

· Strong team player

· Creative flair to menu design
