Laser Sales Estimator

Our client who specialises in Stainless Fabrications, is looking for a skilled Laser Sales Estimator to join their growing team
Laser Sales Estimator Roles and Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers regarding orders
- Converting successful quotes to orders onto internal systems and receiving feedback on unsuccessful quotes
- Create detailed quotations from customer drawings/models for existing and new customers, maintaining a high standard of service
- Maintain/improve on existing customer relationships and develop relationships with new customers in order to improve the service offered to their customer base
- Taking inbound and outbound calls
- Supporting to the Sales Manager in growing the business in-line with the Company’s vision
The ideal Laser Sales Estimator will:
- Technical estimating background within the sheet metal, fabrication, manufacturing or similar industries
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
- CAD experience OR laser cutting experience beneficial
- Ideally some sort of quoting software or CAD experience
- Great communications and inter-personal skills
- Outgoing and friendly, both in person and on the phone
- Excellent attention to detail
- Hard-working and trustworthy
- Good organisational, numeracy and computer literacy skills
- Good at working under pressure
- Knowledge of laser-cutting and sheet metal work is desirable but not essential
- Full Time, Permanent Position
- 08:00 – 17:00
- Flexible Working
