Express Recruitment are excited to be representing an industry-leading manufacturer based in Grantham, who are looking for an Electrical Bias Maintenance Fitter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have industrial experience with manufacturing machines, possess electrical qualification or apprenticeship experience, and possess a full, clean UK Driving Licence. In return, there is a competitive salary of up to c£38,000 per annum D.O.E on offer, alongside a generous benefits package including opportunities for bonuses and extensive comprehensive training. The working hours for this role are on a two week rotation of 6:00am – 2:00pm and 11:30am – 8:00pm. Candidates must be happy to work double day shifts. Roles and Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fix manufacturing machines and mechanical parts
- Set up and changing over machines with a team of operatives
- Service machines on a regular basis
- Advise management with regards to machine hazards
- Test and inspect electrical systems and circuits
- Ensure compliance with company and Health and Safety policies and standards
- Experience working with manufacturing machines in an industrial background
- Possess an electrical qualification or apprenticeship experience (City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 desirable)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office package including Word and Excel
- Demonstrable experience working within a team and by own initiative in a manufacturing environment
- Possess a full, clean UK Driving Licence
