As a vital member of our operation, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our railway network. From nuts and bolts to high-tech components, you'll be responsible for managing our inventory with precision and care. You will work on a three shift pattern on days/afters/nights covering 7 days per week. You will be on a set roster with overtime available also. What You'll Do:

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming deliveries of railway components.
  • Organise and maintain the storage area to optimise efficiency and accessibility.
  • Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring timely delivery to various railway maintenance teams.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve overall store operations.
  • Work to prepare equipment for small to large scale projects.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a warehousing or logistics role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Passion for the railway industry and a commitment to safety and quality.
  • Forklift ticket - Desirable
