Breakfast Supervisor

My client is a luxury beautiful independent hotel, set within gorgeous grounds, that offers elegance to all its clientele. They are looking for a hard-working experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join their team to help guide the breakfast team to a smooth service.

Due to the location of the hotel, the successful candidate will need to have access to their own transportation.

The duties and responsibilities of the Breakfast Supervisor will be:

• Manage daily breakfast operations, motivating the team to provide excellent service.
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere, addressing guest concerns and special requests professionally.
• Maintain high standards for food preparation and presentation.
• Monitor supplies and place orders to keep the breakfast area well-stocked.
• Train new staff and coach team members to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth menu offerings and service flow.

The ideal Breakfast Supervisor will:

• Have experience in a hotel restaurant background.
• Be passionate, flexible and hardworking
• Have great communication skills and leadership skills
• Ideally have worked in a 4-star hotel before

Salary: £26,960 per annum

Schedule: 5/7 days per week, 6:30am-3pm, 40 hours per week

Job-Type: Full-time, Permanent
