Lead and coordinate Environmental Impacts Assessments (EIA) and related deliverables
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in an environmental or related discipline and have a comprehensive understanding of all the technical expertise required for an EIA, alongside comprehensive experience in Environmental Management.
Coordinate and deliver environmental work undertaken by multi-disciplinary teams including EIA, options appraisals, and environmental management
Manage a team of environmental professionals & liaise with Practice Management to coordinate the running of the Environmental Management team in London
Oversee programme and commercial aspects including budget control
Maintain high standards of environmental performance within multidisciplinary engineering projects, influencing project development and delivering optimal environmental outcomes
Engage in Continual Professional Development (CPD) in accordance with the requirements of the chosen professional institute, and mentor and assist with staff development
Masters in an environmental or science subject
Relevant post-graduate experience (ideally within a consultancy environment)
Experience working on major infrastructure projects
Knowledge of the EIA process and environmental technical expertise
Experience in report writing, along with verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to review the work of others to ensure quality
