Senior Global Retail Marketing Manager FTC - 12 Months
This leading Retailer is looking for a Senior Global Retail Marketing Manager. Reporting into the Global Head of Partner marketing you will be responsible for leading one of their brands new in-store activation programme.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the consistent delivery of their global retail visual merchandising standards & identity and driving emotional connections with their shoppers across their global priority markets and retailers.


Manage and lead the development and rollout of in-store retail concepts through working with a retail design agency and ensuring consistency across their global network.
Collaborating with internal regional teams and commercial partners to drive retail activation and support sales initiatives.
Developing compelling marketing plans and assets to inspire and excite their consumers.
Ensuring all retail activations reflect the brand values and resonating with their target audience.
Building relationships and working closely with external agencies to ensure the successful delivery of their retail roll out.
Deliver insight and input to support the creation of retail assets.


Previous experience in off-line retail marketing, ideally within the apparel or sports industry but will also consider a retail background.
Visual merchandising and proven retail activation experience is essential.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external agencies effectively.
A strategic mindset, capable of translating brand vision into actionable retail strategies.
A passion for driving brand growth and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
