Our passion at Currys is helping everyone enjoy the latest tech. And our Technology, Data and Transformation team is working at the forefront of change to constantly optimise the customer experience and drive our future success. Our transformation vision is to make things clearer, simpler and faster. And to help us achieve our goals, we're looking for the brightest talent to join our Transformation Graduate programme.
You'll start out with three six-month rotations across Business Analysis, Project Management and Business Change. Within these areas you'll learn how to perform discrete analysis activities across the E2E lifecycle of a product or programme as well as how to support the delivery of key internal programmes and crucial change management activities.
Finally, in year three, you'll do a deeper dive into that specialism and have the chance to work towards a Level 7 Apprenticeship.

Comms and training design and roll out
You'll also have access to essential teaching resources and the support of a network of experienced colleagues to help you decide where you want to go next, whether that be developing your skills further in a role such as Junior Business Analyst or Junior PM/PMO, or building your experience as a Junior Change Manager.
