You’ll be at the forefront of driving automation and infrastructure optimization using your skills in Python, Kubernetes, and Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and similar.
  • Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration, including deploying, managing, and scaling containerized applications.
  • Automate tasks using Python for scripting, backend services, and interacting with Kubernetes APIs.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of infrastructure.
  • Implement security best practices throughout the DevOps workflow.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in DevOps, Kubernetes, and Python.
  • Document processes, configurations, and procedures for internal use.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a DevOps, Infrastructure, or Development role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (including setting up clusters, managing deployments, and scaling).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Solid understanding of containerization (Docker).
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Strong grasp of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, firewalls).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency with version control systems (Git).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Azure certification
  • Experience with AWS (CloudFormation is a plus).
  • Knowledge of security practices, vulnerability remediation, and assessments.
  • Familiarity with on-prem infrastructure is a bonus.
  • Developer experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Public and private sector experience is a plus.
