Estate Agent Property Sales Negotiator

  • Applications are invited from existing Estate Agents or candidates from a New Homes background.

  • Only 1 in 3 Saturday working on a rota basis with a day off in lieu.

Estate Agent Property Sales Negotiator

  • Your main function during your first year will be driving valuations, listings and sales opportunities for the Branch Manager and Assistant Manager. We require someone with good communication skills, IT proficiency, team player with the ability to manage own time and spot opportunities quickly.

  • They pride themselves on customer service and communication, so in this role you will need to represent your clients, and company, to the highest standard.

Estate Agent Property Sales Negotiator

  • GBP35,000 on target earnings. Basic salary to GBP22,000. Whilst there will be a requirement to work Saturdays on a rota (1 in 3), the office hours are 8.30am to 6.00pm, with a 5.00pm finish on a Friday and 9.00am to 4.00pm on a Saturday with a day off during the week in lieu (5 day working week)
