We are recruiting for a highly prestigious law firm that consistently ranks in the top tier of the Legal 500 and Chambers guides.

We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative specialist to join our Marketing & Events team, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ) and event coordination. This is a fantastic opportunity to help evolve our marketing automation capabilities and support the delivery of high-impact events across the firm.

You’ll play a key role in enhancing our use of Customer Insights Journeys, supporting marketing automation, and ensuring smooth coordination of events. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Events and the wider team, you’ll help drive smarter, data-led engagement with our clients and prospects.

Leading the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys, including journey orchestration, triggers, segmentation, and the event management
Supporting the coordination and delivery of marketing-led events, ensuring CIJ processes are followed and continuously improved
Maintaining and optimising the MS Dynamics 365 platform in conjunction with our digital marketing team, ensuring it meets business needs and integrates effectively with other tools
Supporting data accuracy, reporting, and analytics – including event campaign performance and client engagement insights
Assisting with training and documentation to build team-wide confidence in using CIJ
Contributing to marketing automation projects, including A/B testing and email journey design
Managing Zoom webinars, including scheduling, technical setup, and live support during sessions
Providing support for face-to-face events, which may include occasional travel and on-site coordination
Handling other aspects of the marketing function, such as collateral support and managing website inquiries, with a particular focus on timely and professional responses to web leads

We’re open to candidates with 1 – 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally including Customer Insights Journeys. Interested in marketing automation and client engagement, with a keen eye for data and process improvement
Experience in a professional services environment is a bonus, but not essential.
