Control Service Engineer. You will be based working from home, with travel to customer sites.

* As a Controls Service Engineer for fully automated intralogistics systems, you take on a key role in operational operations.

* Your main tasks include on-call services, where you intervene quickly and efficiently in the event of disruptions. You provide remote 2nd and 3rd level support to ensure that the systems function smoothly.

* You will independently implement smaller projects and contribute your extensive specialist knowledge.

* Creating detailed documentation is also part of your responsibilities, and you actively share your knowledge with the team to support colleagues.

* You will travel flexibly to help with customer problems on site or to support the implementation of projects if necessary.

* Your contribution is crucial to ensure the smooth functionality of the systems and to provide the customer with the best possible support.

For the position of Controls Service Engineer, you have completed a degree, further training as a technician, master craftsman or a comparable qualification in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology or mechatronics.

* You have in-depth experience in PLC programming, especially with TIA, S7 or Beckhoff TwinCat2/3, as well as extensive knowledge of fieldbuses, HMI systems and frequency converters.

* Your ability to read electrical circuit diagrams, combined with practical experience in troubleshooting electrical and control technology, sets you apart.

* It goes without saying that you are confident in using common Office applications.

* Your willingness to continue training as well as your strong teamwork and communication skills make you a valuable member of our team.
