Facilities Manager

Cobalt is working with a prestigious property management company on their mission to hire a Facilities Manager for a large mixed-use portfolio
You'll form a crucial part of the team covering commercial, residential and retail assets. Overseeing the top-tier total facilities delivery across the portfolio, working along an established team with great progression opportunities.
Our client are offering a great salary with hybrid working (3 days on site, 2 days from home)
Key responsibilities will include:
Lead operational matters for the commercial/residential and retail assets.
Conduct site inspections and ensure safe, secure property maintenance.
Review and enhance operational processes, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Assist in drafting service charge budgets
Ensuring the effective maintenance of the physical assets including plant room equipment and common areas;
Regularly visit and build strong relationships with occupiers, resolving service issues promptly.
Overseeing events on-site where required
Ensuring full H&S compliance with UK legislation;
As a successful applicant, you'll be able to demonstrate a track record in the commercial, residential and ideally retail space.
An IOSH is essential for this requirement.
