As an IT Deskside Support Apprentice, you will work closely with their experienced IT team to provide technical support to their employees. This role offers a hands-on learning experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up workstations, and assisting with IT projects. If you're passionate about technology and eager to kickstart your career in IT, we want to hear from you In this role, youll work towards your IT Support Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Provide IT support services to their workforce, ensuring a high level of customer service Take ownership of reported IT problems, diagnose issues, and process incidents through an incident management system Provide hardware and application support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and software Install software upgrades, perform file backups, and configure new systems and applications Create and maintain documentation, including recording, tracking, and writing notes for the help desk problem-solving process Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
