Regulatory Reporting Accountant - Liquidity Focus - Investment Banking - up to £70,000

Location: London (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

Working for a global Investment Bank headquartered in London, this is a reporting-focused role which will specifically look at Liquidity and Balance Sheet. Would be very well suited to someone coming from a Regulatory Reporting background, whether Retail / Investment Banking or Investment Firms, who would like to work for a business with a very specific and interesting product range.

You'll build excellent exposure across multiple areas of reporting and have the opportunity to develop internally with a big focus on progression. This role sits in a highly experienced team with a wealth of technical knowledge and many years of experience in Investment Banking for you to leverage from.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct core NSFR, Asset Encumbrance, and IRRBB calculations
  • Prepare and assist with regulatory liquidity calculations and reports
  • Ensure accurate, timely delivery of prudential returns to EBA and PRA
  • Collaborate with departments across the organisation to support new business initiatives
  • Review and enhance control environments for reporting
  • Support regulatory change initiatives and new regulations preparedness
  • Contribute to the production of Annual Financial Statements, ICAAP, ILAAP, and Pillar 3 documents

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in Financial Services, particularly liquidity reporting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Organised, able to prioritise tasks, and a natural curiosity for end-to-end process understanding
