We are on the hunt for an experienced outbound sales appointment setter to become an integral part of our new business team

No one day is the same for our aftercare appointment setters and BDMs. Today it’s a new business appointment for a sports stadium, tomorrow an airport the next a corporate headquarters. You will receive a tailored training package. Across the UK our customers commercial premises range from schools’ colleges and universities to the more demanding and impressive buildings in town centres. You will enjoy helping commercial property managers with unexpected shading breakdowns and promote our affordable specialist services plans.

This is an opportunity to go on to become a business sales developer and account handler after an initial period of 6 months as an appointment maker for our surveyors and field sales and technical support team.

After a successful induction period, existing accounts will be transferred over for development as your progress and experience increases.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience Appointment Making and CRM Management.

Contract furniture, Facilities, Premises, Health and Safety, Photocopying, Water, Vending, Fire Support Services. Office Maintenance and Cleaning. Office Services. Contract Market. Making outbound calls to companies promoting proposals and surveys by appointment setting to maximise our new business opportunities.

CRM skills

* Excellent telephone and written communication skills.

* Basic Computer skill Microsoft Word Excel Email

* To route plan the field sales appointed activity through best practise incorporating internet maps and colleagues’ knowledge.

* Creating qualified high quality face-to-face meetings with prospective customers for the field sales and surveying team
