Your Role As an Aerospace Design Engineer, you'll be instrumental in designing high-performance forged components for global markets. Your key responsibilities include: Designing forgings, tools, and dies to meet precise customer specifications. Producing all necessary drawings and documentation to support the manufacturing process. Leading process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors on product development. Who You Are Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Extensive post-qualification experience in design engineering, ideally within aerospace, energy, defence, or heavy engineering sectors. Or, you could be a Mechanical Design Engineer looking for the opportunity to break into aerospace—we welcome applications from ambitious engineers ready to make the leap. Proficiency in 3D CAD software like ProE/Creo or similar, and knowledge of numerical analysis tools and excel. Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in a fast-paced engineering environment.
