We're seeking an experienced HR Pensions Lead to join a dynamic team in a key role.

As an HR Pensions Lead , you'll be the expert on pension scheme regulations and processes. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance to managers, employees, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legislative changes, and supporting pension-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing pension processes for multiple schemes
  • Providing expert guidance on pensions to employees and managers
  • Coordinating pre-retirement seminars and relevant training
  • Liaising with external pension providers and financial teams
  • Overseeing administrative processes related to pension schemes
  • Collaborating across teams and with third-party providers

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in pensions advice and administration
  • Strong understanding of pensions legislation and administrative processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced numeracy and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and general ICT skills
