Our market leading Clinical Negligence Department has an exciting new opportunity based in our Glasgow City Centre office. We are looking for individuals interested in working with some of Scotland’s leading Clinical Negligence solicitors (Law Society Accredited Specialists and top ranked by both Chambers UK and the Legal 500). The successful candidate will have some prior experience litigating personal injury cases and whilst clinical negligence experience would be advantageous, it is not essential. Acting mainly for pursuers, this is a challenging but extremely rewarding position. You will receive first-class training and supervision.

We offer flexible working and a friendly environment designed to encourage teamwork. The position will involve work at all stages (pre-litigation and raised actions) and in a variety of Courts – Sheriff Court, ASPIC and high value claims in the Court of Session. You will gain valuable experience in all aspects of clinical negligence, personal injury and FAI work.
